Quality Policy
It is company policy to provide
all clients with defect free products and services on time, every time. Teamwork is vital
to business success, so this policy applies to internal as well as external clients.
In order to promote and foster the above
policy, the company has established a documented Quality Management System that complies
with ISO 9001:2000. Furthermore, it is company policy to have the Quality Management System
assessed and approved by an accredited certification body and to maintain and improve business
performance with reference to established quality objectives.

The documented Quality Management System
consists of a Quality Manual, Operating Procedures and supporting documentation and all
personnel must adhere to the procedural requirements defined by these documents.
It is company policy to promote continual
improvement in all areas, so the Quality Management System will ensure that client complaints
and other incidents involving nonconforming product or service are monitored and reported,
and that preventive action is taken to eliminate recurring or potential defects.
