Continuous Improvement

run Continuous Improvement Programmes (CIPs), in which staff are
involved in yield analysis and SPC (Statistical Process Control).
Our goal is continuous improvement. We support that goal with a commitment to provide our employees with the necessary training. Empowering them to improve quality and customer satisfaction, scrap and cost reduction, to increase profit margins fairly while maintaining the Company's Strategic Plan. We believe that our employees possess a wealth of information. AWS empowers employees through team meetings where they can discuss and implement new ideas, resulting in continuous improvement. We encourage our employees to be creative problem-solvers and to take ownership of AWS Mission and Goals.
